About the team
Responsible for requirement analysis and strategy optimization of Big Language Model, responsible for data quality and model effect, and working with multiple teams such as evaluation and R & D to improve model effect
**Responsibilities**:
1. Collaborate closely with operation teams and data analysts to monitor key metrics assessing the efficiency and quality of data acquisition and production
2. Help operation teams build easy-to-use day-to-day dashboards and adhoc data analysis, and deep dive into details to help operation team leaders to interpret and decide actions
3. Support data analysts on public data-sourcing initiatives in LLM data acquisition
**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualifications:
1. At least four years of experience in product operation role in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
2. Proficiency in data mining, cleansing, modeling, analysis, and leveraging data to influence business decisions.
3. Strong skills in SQL and experience using Python for data analytics.
4. A solid understanding of data structures, with the ability to accurately transform structured data into core metrics, ensuring consistency and precision.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Currently in a data analytics role.
2. A deep interest in LLMs, human behavior, experiences, and wellbeing, with a passion for continuous learning.
3. A collaborative team player who can influence effectively, enjoys building projects from the ground up, and adopts a hands-on approach.
