Job Title: Senior Executive, Project, Fairs

About the Role

This key position is responsible for co-managing a Sales and Operations Team to formulate sales strategies and targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative tasks: Opening of job files, billing support, maintaining records
  • Ensuring team accuracy in billing
  • Managing and organizing team documents
  • On-site planning of resources (equipment/manpower)
  • Conducting pre-show and post-show reviews
  • Expedited exhibitors/agents for additional documents
  • Cooordinating warehousing requirements
  • Site office setup and functions
  • Collection of payment on-site
  • Fax or email clearance advice and pre-alert for returns
  • Supporting the site office
Requirements:
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Vocal and written communication skills
  • Able to prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Effective communication between teammates and clients
  • A good team player able to collaborate with various stakeholders
