Job Title:

Learning and Development Director

Job Description:
  • Design, implement and deliver comprehensive training programs that align with company standards and operational goals.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent service delivery across all outlets.
  • Conduct regular performance assessments and mystery audits to evaluate service delivery and identify areas for improvement.
  • Schedule and execute regular refresher training sessions to reinforce critical service points and product updates.
  • Maintain accurate training records, attendance logs, evaluation results, and staff progress reports.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of training experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of service excellence, operational flow, and team dynamics.
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Ability to design engaging training content and deliver to diverse learning styles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic data reporting.
