Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team at TP-LINK CORPORATION PTE. LTD.

About the Role:

This is a pivotal position that requires strong strategic thinking, leadership skills, and technical expertise in HR.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent for our R&D team and high-performing sales professionals for commercial sales growth.
  • Lead senior sales recruitment initiatives, ensuring the acquisition of top-tier candidates for both R&D and commercial teams.
  • Design and administer competitive employee benefits packages and localized HR policies informed by market research to ensure compliance with local labor regulations.
  • Implement an effective performance evaluation process with ongoing performance tracking to drive accountability, transparency, and sustainability.
  • Support organizational change initiatives by promoting HR programs that foster a positive workplace culture and enhance employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align HR initiatives with broader business goals, providing strategic HR support that drives organizational success.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment, policy development, and performance management.
  • Possess a Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Proven track record in recruiting and managing talent for technical and sales roles.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices, particularly in the tech and sales sectors.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with a proactive approach to identifying HR challenges and developing solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing HR issues.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum based on location and industry standards.
