Job Title

Senior Associate - Aviation Liability Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate to join our team in Hong Kong or Singapore office.

The ideal candidate will have minimum 5 years' post qualification experience, preferably gained within a top-tier private practice law firm environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Advising clients on policy coverage issues and quantum across various types of insurance
  • Representing airlines in matters arising from major accidents
  • Drafting and reviewing policy wording and providing advice on areas of legal risk for clients
  • Advising on regulatory and dispute resolution matters
  • Assisting the Partner in managing and building client relationships
  • Collaboration and mentoring with the wider team across Singapore and Hong Kong

The successful candidate will be a strong general litigation background with understanding of insurance, regulatory, or aviation liability matters and claims. They will also possess excellent drafting skills and attention to detail.
