**Job Description:**

We are seeking a talented and innovative software engineer to join our growth team, focusing on user acquisition and strategic market expansion. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in TypeScript and front-end frameworks like React, with an ability to craft clean, modular code.

The growth team sits at the heart of our mission, leveraging data and cutting-edge technologies to craft seamless, intuitive experiences that help millions of users discover, engage with, and benefit from our products.

The role involves designing, developing, and enhancing highly scalable, performance-driven frontend solutions that power our growth funnels, landing pages, and marketing campaigns.

You will work closely with data scientists and product managers to track and interpret critical user behavior metrics, building and integrating A/B testing frameworks, feature flags, and analytics solutions that optimize our user acquisition strategies and inform future product investments.

As part of our cross-functional teams, you will participate in design discussions, code reviews, and strategic planning sessions to elevate the quality and impact of our user-facing products.

You will champion frontend best practices, ensuring high standards of code quality, security, and performance. You will also provide technical leadership, shaping the architectural roadmap for our growth-focused products.

We are looking for someone who is adaptable, curious, and stays ahead of the curve, learning new technologies and industry best practices. You will be responsible for safeguarding user data and proactively embedding security principles in your development process.

**Requirements:**
