The Role: As the Vice President/Senior Manager of Asset Management (Logistics), you will lead a team to formulate and execute asset management strategies for a portfolio of logistics properties. Your goal will be to maximize income and enhance the value of the assets under your management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the overall positioning and performance of the assigned real estate portfolio to achieve financial, investment, and operational targets.
  • Prepare and manage annual budgets and reports, covering financial performance, leasing status, and rental collection.
  • Formulate and execute asset management plans, including asset enhancement initiatives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with property management companies and work closely with Property Managers to ensure compliance and optimal maintenance of the assets.
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients and coordinate with external parties such as government authorities, brokers, leasing agents, vendors, and consultants.
  • Conduct market research and gather industry intelligence to ensure the competitiveness of the company's products and services.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Real Estate, Building, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 12 years of relevant experience in asset management with a solid understanding of the local real estate market.
  • Hands-on operational experience with strong financial skills.
  • Resourceful, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
