Job Title: Information Security Strategist

Overview:

IT Consultancy & Services Pte Ltd seeks a skilled Information Security Strategist to lead our agency's cybersecurity function. This role is crucial in supporting digital transformation initiatives while ensuring the digital resilience of our systems.

The ideal candidate will formulate and implement agency-wide cybersecurity strategies, policies, and work plans, ensuring continuous alignment. They will review and enhance risk management through threat-based risk assessments, risk mitigations, and risk monitoring and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain incident response plans and playbooks, including planning, designing, and conducting security incident response workshops and exercises.
  • Lead the investigation and management of ICT security incidents.
  • Provide advisory services on appropriate cybersecurity technologies that meet business requirements and align with industry best practices.
  • Ensure secure-by-design ICT product development and compliance with defined security policies, standards, and guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of management/officer experience related to information security and solid grasp of ICT operations, security policies, business processes, and their interrelationships.
  • Knowledge and/or practical experience in domains like cybersecurity governance, security operations, architecture design, and threat risk assessment.
  • Expertise in security by design implementations, DevSecOps practices, infrastructure as code tools, and securing CI/CD pipelines, cloud service models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
