">Business Development Executive Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and other means
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and revenue expansion
  • Provide expert advice on business development strategies and tactics to stakeholders

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Naval Architecture, Marine or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar capacity within the marine/shipbuilding industry
  • Macro thinking skills with excellent emotional quotients
  • The ability to make informed decisions and take decisive action
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office

Work Environment:

This is a full-time position with a standard 5-day workweek, with occasional weekend work depending on volumes. Working hours are from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
