We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Fund Finance Manager to join our team at Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation. - Internal Control: Perform internal control activities such as Operating Manual, Audit, BCP, BIA, and Outsourcing to ensure the effectiveness of our internal controls.
- Initiative Projects: Participate in fund finance initiative projects and facilitate implementation processes to drive business growth.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to help grow the APAC fund finance business and identify new business opportunities.
- Policies and Procedures: Understand and adhere to MUTB policies and procedures related to credit, employment, compliance, conduct, etc.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or above in a relevant field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in loan operations and financial industry, ideally in fund finance, structured finance, or corporate finance.
- Loan Operations Experience: Loan operations experience (either back or middle office functions) at a bank.
- Banking Products: Solid understanding of banking products and culture.
- Analytical and Writing Skills: Strong analytical and writing skills to generate credit analysis reports.
- Multi-tasking: Strong multi-tasking skills to meet various transactional timelines with preciseness.
- Teamwork: Ability to work in a small team with good teamwork ethic and cultural sensitivity.
- Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with both internal and external parties.
- Proactivity: Proactive and highly motivated individual who is passionate about adding value to a new business.
- Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented professional.
- Technical Skills: Professional skills in Excel and Word.
- Language Skills: Proficient verbal and written skills in English and ideally in Japanese.
