We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate to join our legal team.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that our governance and compliance programmes are effective and aligned with regulatory requirements.
You will report to the Head of Legal and Compliance and be responsible for overseeing and managing our global business activities.
This involves working closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop, implement, and maintain compliance and corporate policies and frameworks.
You will also be responsible for enhancing existing compliance processes, tracking regulatory developments, and identifying potential compliance risks.
Furthermore, you will provide legal support to our business operations, including drafting and reviewing commercial agreements.
Requirements:
- A recognised law degree with a minimum of 4 years' post-qualification experience.
- Qualification in Singapore or UK law is preferred.
- Strong legal drafting skills and sound commercial judgement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
