Residency Program Coordinator

A highly skilled Program Manager is required to drive the success of our Residency Programme. The ideal candidate will maintain accurate and up-to-date records, collaborate with programme directors, faculty, and staff, provide administrative support, and develop strategies to enhance resident learning experience and welfare.
About This RoleThis role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the growth and development of our Residency Programme. The successful candidate will have strong communication and organisational skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for the programme
- Collaborate with programme directors, faculty, and staff to achieve accreditation goals
- Provide administrative support to facilitate smooth programme operations
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance resident learning experience and welfare
To be considered for this role, applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field, and relevant experience in healthcare or training industries. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential, as is the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
