- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive the growth and impact of these programmes, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments and stakeholders.

Requirements & Profile:
- A Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Education, Public Policy, Nonprofit Management, Innovation, or related fields.
- At least 12 years of progressive experience in programme management, higher education leadership, social innovation, or talent development.
- Demonstrated success in leading high-impact, cross-functional initiatives at scale.
- Excellent strategic planning and project execution skills, with experience managing complex stakeholder environments.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, and to influence outcomes through partnerships and donor engagement.
- Sophisticated communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across academic, corporate, and social sectors.
- Deep commitment to student development, social impact, and innovation in education.
