  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive the growth and impact of these programmes, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments and stakeholders.
  • Team Management: Foster a culture of excellence, creativity, and collaboration among team members, providing guidance and support to ensure successful programme execution.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, NGOs, alumni, donors, and government agencies to co-create opportunities for student learning, fundraising, and scale-up innovation.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage annual programme budgets, ensuring judicious use of resources and long-term sustainability. Identify new funding streams and contribute to donor stewardship strategies.
  • Communication Strategy: Develop and implement outreach and engagement strategies that connect with 500–800 students annually, showcasing student impact and institutional commitment to social innovation.

Requirements & Profile:

  • A Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Education, Public Policy, Nonprofit Management, Innovation, or related fields.
  • At least 12 years of progressive experience in programme management, higher education leadership, social innovation, or talent development.
  • Demonstrated success in leading high-impact, cross-functional initiatives at scale.
  • Excellent strategic planning and project execution skills, with experience managing complex stakeholder environments.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, and to influence outcomes through partnerships and donor engagement.
  • Sophisticated communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across academic, corporate, and social sectors.
  • Deep commitment to student development, social impact, and innovation in education.
