Job Title: Chief Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as Chief Operations Manager. This role will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, finance, and customer service. They will be able to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and work well under pressure. Additionally, they will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering phone calls and responding to emails in a timely manner
  • Liaising with car dealers and hirers for car financing matters
  • Processing and inputting data-entry for loan applications
  • Identifying and assessing customers' needs and eligibilities for loan packages promptly
  • Providing and advising appropriate loan solutions and alternatives
  • Managing customers' expectations and following up with resolutions swiftly
  • Conducting credit searches on customers and collecting necessary information and documents from them
  • Submitting information and documents to banks/financial institutions for loan approval
  • Arranging appointments with customers to sign loan agreements/documents
