  • As a sales expert, you will be responsible for generating leads, identifying potential clients, and establishing long-term relationships with both prospective and existing customers.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    1. Proactively generate leads through calling, emailing, networking, digital platforms, and referrals.
    2. Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their transportation needs and present our company's electric vehicle solutions.
    3. Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both prospective and existing customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
    4. Follow up with leads, address inquiries, provide product demonstrations, and guide clients through the sales process.
    5. Prepare, customize, and present proposals, quotations, and sales contracts tailored to client requirements.
    6. Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and performance metrics.
    7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales progress, and pipeline updates.
  • Requirements:
    • A diploma or degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the automotive, logistics, or electric vehicle industries.
    • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
    • Fluent in spoken and written English. Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage for liaising with Mandarin-speaking associates and partners in China.
    • Passion for sustainability and new technology is a plus.
