About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with various departments to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment plans.
  • Source, screen, and interview potential candidates, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Maintain up-to-date employee databases, ensuring accurate and complete records.
  • Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and other relevant documents.
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and responding to emails.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in recruitment or administration.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with HR software and systems, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS) and human resource information systems (HRIS).
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience working with HRIS and ATS software.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and regulations.
  • Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
