Job Overview

The Mechanical Project Manager is a pivotal role that ensures the project's mechanical design, construction, and commissioning activities align with contractual requirements. Liaison with stakeholders, including owners' engineers and EPC consortiums, is crucial for addressing contractual, technical, and quality-related issues.

Key responsibilities include developing new methods and procedures to optimize project activities, supervising contractors' project execution processes, identifying areas for value engineering opportunities, and implementing cost-saving measures.

Effective interfacing between mechanical, electrical, and other works at the site is critical for smooth interaction and progress. Advising senior management on work challenges, risks, and potential defects is also key.

Participation in budgeting and risk assessment processes as needed is essential.
