Senior Operations Director Opportunity

Seeking an accomplished Senior Operations Director to drive strategic alignment with global business objectives, ensuring competitive advantage and market growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Full P&L accountability, targeting optimal financial and operational results through effective resource allocation and process optimization.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure rigorous adherence to industry standards, managing comprehensive quality management systems to guarantee compliance with ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 standards.
  • Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing management team by driving a culture of professional growth, self-improvement, and collaboration.
  • Quality Management: Continually monitor and ensure compliance with local and international quality, regulatory, and customer requirements to safeguard the organization's reputation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, or related field, with a Master's degree or MBA highly preferred for advanced leadership roles.
  • Extensive leadership experience within a manufacturing environment, particularly in the medical device industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong background in continuous improvement, KPI management, problem-solving, capacity expansion projects, and financial analysis to drive business growth and sustainability.
Essential Skills:
  • Manufacturing operations in the medical contract manufacturing domain, with expertise in quality management and process control.
  • ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 standards implementation and auditing.
  • Project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
