Administrative Draftsperson


Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented administrative professional to manage our office operations and provide drafting services for electrical and aircon plans.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask, and possess strong communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • General administration tasks including paperwork, client liaison, scheduling, invoicing, and email management
  • Aircon maintenance scheduling
  • Risk assessment document preparation and electrical licensing renewal
  • Minor submissions to relevant authorities for electrical and aircon plan approvals
  • Drafting simple Autocad electrical single line diagrams and plans
Requirements:

Candidates must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal English language skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with CAD software
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with construction practices and regulations
