Job Title:
Electrical Quantity Surveyor and Draftsperson

As an Electrical Quantity Surveyor and Draftsperson, you will play a vital role in the preparation of project tender submissions, including bills of quantities, check tender drawings, and material specifications. You will also be responsible for preparing and submitting monthly progress claims, VO, and finalization of accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare project tender submission documents, including bills of quantities, check tender drawing, and material specifications;
  • Prepare and submit monthly progress claims, VO, and finalization of accounts;
  • Responsible for measurement of quantities and cost estimation;
  • Liaise with Managers, Team Members, Customers, Sub-Contractors, and Suppliers;
  • Purchasing and inventory management;
  • Administrative tasks to ensure the office runs smoothly.

Requirements:
  • Minimum Degree and above in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification;
  • 1-2 years of working experience in QS or related construction field;
  • Able to work independently with minimum guidance and under pressure to meet tight schedules;
  • Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD software;
  • Able to start work immediately is an advantage.
