Job Title: Mechanical Engineering Drafter

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Mechanical Engineering Drafter to fill this key position. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating precise engineering drawings and designs that meet our project requirements.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed mechanical drawings, including layout plans, section plans, schematics, and control diagrams that comply with local building codes and regulations.
  • Prepare and produce shop drawings, as-built drawings, and/or construction drawings in accordance with project specifications.
  • Ensure all drawings are accurate, complete, and up-to-date throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain all drawing revisions, updates, and documentation.
  • Complete drafting tasks within project timelines and deadlines.
  • Support project teams with administrative tasks, such as preparing reports and handling correspondences.

Requirements:
  • Prior experience in mechanical engineering is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience is required.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD software is essential.
  • Familiarity with local building codes and regulations is necessary.
  • The ideal candidate should be independent, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
