Loan Processing Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end loan processing workflow. This role involves working closely with the Sales and Credit teams to ensure timely and accurate preparation, review, and administration of credit documentation.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and underwrite loan documentation submitted by the Sales team, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Perform due diligence to confirm completeness and accuracy of all borrower documentation in accordance with internal credit policies and regulatory standards.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales team, including system updates, documentation tracking, and contracts generation.
- Work hand-in-hand with internal and external stakeholders (Sales, Credit Risk, Legal) to follow up on missing or incomplete documents and facilitate contract execution.
- Monitor and track documentation status to support timely disbursement of loan facilities.
- Assist in system data entry, reporting, and the preparation of internal summaries or checklists as required.
- Provide support during internal/external audit processes.
The ideal candidate will have a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or equivalent courses. A minimum of 3 years of administrative experience is required, with relevant background being an added advantage.
You must be proficient in Chinese (Mandarin) to handle documentation and agreements submitted in Chinese and liaise with China office.
Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills are essential for this role. Leadership and people management skills are also necessary for Senior roles.
Good communication skills are required to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
