Job Opportunity: Loan Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Loan Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring that their loan applications are processed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional and courteous service to clients over the phone and in person.
  • Process loan applications, including reviewing and verifying documentation, conducting credit checks, and making funding decisions.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and efficient processing of loan applications.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Analyze client data and make informed decisions to approve or decline loan applications.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in banking, finance, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software systems quickly.
