The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the café, ensuring high-quality products and services are delivered to our customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the café team, including hiring, training, and performance management
  • Developing and implementing effective business strategies to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Maintaining excellent customer service standards, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Controlling costs and managing inventory to optimize profitability
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies

Required skills and qualifications:

  • F&B or hospitality experience, preferably in a supervisory role
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Basic knowledge of financial management and cost control
