Business Operations Coordinator

A Business Operations Coordinator is required to join ACE MARINE SUPPLIES PTE. LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, ensuring seamless operations and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
About the Role
This role involves handling multiple tasks with efficiency and accuracy, prioritizing duties, and meeting deadlines. Key responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, monitoring Purchase Orders, and supporting the invoicing process. Additionally, the candidate will be expected to perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by their manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to Customer Inquiries: Prepare and submit prices to customers in a timely manner.
- Purchase Order Monitoring: Ensure correct pricing before submitting to the fulfillment team.
- Invoicing Support: Assist in the preparation and submission of invoices to customers.
- Task Prioritization: Ability to prioritize tasks and self-manage daily workload efficiently.
- Ad-Hoc Duties: Perform tasks assigned by the Manager.
Tech Requirements:
The ideal candidate should possess excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel, and have knowledge of inventory management, invoicing, administration, data entry, accounting, and customer service. Teamwork and independence are essential qualities for this role, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with training provided where necessary.
