Senior Technology Director Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned technology leader to spearhead the Technology Division of a leading telecom organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in guiding technology teams and fostering innovation.

  • This key role involves overseeing the Technology Division's strategy, aligning it with business objectives, and driving growth in technology, innovation, and revenue.

The successful candidate will possess strong technical leadership skills, a profound understanding of emerging technologies, and the ability to synchronize technology initiatives with business goals.

  • Key Requirements:
    • Proven experience as a Technology Head or similar position
    • Proficiency in analyzing, implementing, and assessing various technologies
    • Versatility in programming languages such as JAVA, Spring, Hibernate, Structs, MySQL, Linux, Agile Methodology
  • Strong expertise in JAVA, Spring, Hibernate, Structs, MySQL, MongoDB, Linux, Agile Methodology, and REST

Additional qualifications include experience in managing telecom Billing Systems, overseeing SMSC, handling SDP's (Service Delivery Platforms), USSD, ERP, SMS, MMS, WAP, IVR, IVVR-Video, IOT, OTT Calls, and 3G Streaming Applications.

The ideal candidate will have extensive project management skills, including capturing requirements, conceptualizing, developing, and implementing solutions. They will collaborate closely with business leaders and stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
