Card Transaction Insight Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Spend Health System Expert to join our team. As a key member of our card product team, you will be responsible for analyzing spend transaction data and developing metrics to monitor the health of our card payment systems.
This is a dynamic role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. You will have access to an extensive dataset and will be expected to transform the data into actionable insights.
The ideal candidate will have experience in data analysis, project management, and critical thinking. A deep understanding of the card payment landscape, including Visa and Mastercard regulations, is essential. Familiarity with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, and Excel is also required.
You will be responsible for creating, building, and maintaining dashboards that effectively communicate data insights. Your findings will be used to inform product decisions and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:- Analyze spend transaction data to identify trends and patterns
- Develop metrics to monitor the health of our card payment systems
- Create, build, and maintain dashboards to communicate data insights
- Investigate and respond to spend health-related queries in a timely manner
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Data Science, or a related field
- Proven experience in data analysis, project management, and critical thinking
- Familiarity with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, and Excel
- Deep understanding of the card payment landscape, including Visa and Mastercard regulations
- Experience in the financial services industry
- Knowledge of payment processing systems and technologies
- Certification in data analysis or related fields
