Job Overview
At Wise, we're building a global technology network to move and manage money. Our mission is to simplify international transactions and save our customers money.
As a Spend Health System Expert, you'll have the opportunity to impact our card product and its users worldwide.
- You will analyze extensive data sets and develop actionable insights for our Product team.
- 70% of your time will be dedicated to project-based initiatives, collaborating with regional teams to understand their needs and create impactful reports.
- The remaining 30% will involve operational tasks, including tracking key health indicators and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate transaction processing behaviors and develop metrics to indicate the health of our card product.
- Create and maintain dashboards that effectively communicate data insights.
- Independently analyze and address performance issues to optimize our card product.
