Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking experienced professionals to provide technical assistance to our customers in connection with the implementation and maintenance of healthcare software. This includes providing configuration or infrastructure analysis and recommendations, proactively monitoring customer systems, making optimization recommendations, planning for upgrades and feature deployments, overseeing testing, diagnosing, isolating, and resolving technical problems.

This role requires strong project management competencies, including team coordination and problem-solving skills, as well as a demonstrated ability to handle escalations. Additionally, we require a bachelor's degree or higher (any major) and 2+ years of experience in technical support for healthcare software, including supporting customers through a software go-live and a version upgrade, and completing the associated testing.

  • Provide technical assistance to customers
  • Conduct configuration or infrastructure analysis and make recommendations
  • Proactively monitor customer systems and make optimization recommendations
  • Plan for upgrades and feature deployments
  • Oversee testing and diagnose, isolate, and resolve technical problems

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher (any major)
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support for healthcare software
  • Hold certifications in relevant healthcare applications and technology
  • Demonstrated interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong project management competencies, including team coordination and problem-solving skills
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to pass a standard pre-hire assessment test
