Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to manage tenant relations effectively. This role is crucial in ensuring tenant satisfaction and fostering a positive community within our properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Duties:

Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes on a weekly/monthly basis. Organize and coordinate social events and meetings to enhance tenant engagement.

Tenant Communication:

Serve as the primary contact for tenants, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Maintain ongoing communication to assess tenant needs and identify improvement opportunities. Conduct regular surveys to gauge tenant satisfaction and gather feedback.

Conflict Resolution:

Address tenant complaints and disputes, striving to find equitable solutions. Keep detailed records of issues, resolutions, and follow-up actions taken to ensure accountability.

Tenant Retention Strategies:

Develop and implement initiatives aimed at improving tenant satisfaction and retention. Organize community-building programs, events, and networking opportunities to strengthen tenant relationships.

Operational Collaboration:

Work closely with the operations team to ensure that maintenance and service requests are handled efficiently. Lead the concierge team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Market Awareness:

Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify opportunities for enhancing tenant satisfaction and attracting new tenants.

Reporting and Financial Management:

Prepare comprehensive reports, including monthly performance and variance reports for senior management review. Develop annual budgets and quarterly forecasts related to operational expenditures. Oversee accounts payable processes, including invoice collection and approval. Address issues and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.

Performance Metrics:

Successfully complete scheduled activities and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). Meet target deliverables for business plans, reports, and budgets. Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service. Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Ensure tenant satisfaction and positive survey results. Comply with audit requirements and standards.
