As an ESD Engineer - Semiconductor Protection, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability of our products through effective ESD and latch-up solutions.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, microelectronics, or a related field, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in ESD and latch-up design assurance. You will be responsible for designing and implementing ESD solutions that meet the company's quality and reliability standards.

Responsibilities
  • Design and Implement ESD Solutions: Develop and implement effective ESD solutions to minimize discharge or latch-up events.
  • Assess ESD Properties: Assess the ESD properties of each type of ESD from production line measurements to develop semiconductor product protection from ESD and latch-up events.
  • Supervise ESD Review Process: Supervise and arrange ESD review process to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Manage ESD Tests: Manage and coordinate ESD and latch-up tests and perform root cause analysis to develop minimum ESD requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in ESD and latch-up design assurance.
  • Experience in ESD characterization analysis and familiar with ESD analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with iNARTE administrative rules and guidelines.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills for technical leadership working with teams in Design, Product Engineering, R&D characterization, and Quality Assurance teams.
  • Strong data analysis skills for identifying trends and patterns in ESD and latch-up data.
