**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**
- Manage green consultancy projects independently with mínimal supervision.
- Prepare reports, presentations and project submissions.
- Search for materials, products, technical specification and cost.
- Conduct all necessary calculations and simulations, such as ACMV system, lighting, landscape, ETTV/OTTV, energy simulation, wind simulation, daylight simulation, solar radiation simulation, etc.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary consultants, building owners, contractors, suppliers, and authorities.
- Conducting physical walk through and detail measurement of the building related to ACMV, lighting, indoor comfort, etc, to analyse building system performance and propose improvement.
- Support marketing, sales, training, and administrative activities.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Engineering Degree (mechanical, electrical, building science).
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Able to operate CAD software, energy simulation, wind simulation, wind driven rain, and daylight software.
- Understanding of building systems particularly in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.
- Understanding of Green Mark, LEED, GBI, Greenship, WELL, and other green rating system.
