Job Title: Childcare Supervisor

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a childcare supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for mentoring a team of teachers, providing regular feedback for professional development, and collaborating with parents and teachers to address children's learning needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mentor a team of teachers and provide guidance on best practices in early childhood education.
  • Collaborate with parents and teachers to develop and implement effective lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of children.
  • Respond to parents' inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Familiarize yourself with ECDA CMS for efficient management of children's enrollment and subsidy applications.
  • Align centre standards with SPARKS requirements to ensure high-quality care and education.
  • Lead a team and report to the centre director/manager, working closely with management to achieve centre goals.
  • Conduct regular meetings with teachers to discuss progress and provide support.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A strong understanding of early childhood education principles and practices.
  • Leadership experience in a childcare setting, preferably with a Leadership Certificate in Early Childhood Education.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese.
