Childcare Leader

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and preparing engaging educational activities, building partnerships with families and the community, and upholding high standards of health, safety, and nutrition practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth centre operations and implement strategies to cultivate a strong culture of mentorship and coaching.
  • Lead classroom management practices and monitor the impact of initiatives aimed at enhancing the quality of the learning environment.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work culture, encouraging teamwork and shared ownership.
  • Guide efforts in parent engagement and community partnership, ensuring strong home-centre collaboration.
