About Our Childcare Team

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Childcare Teacher to join our team. As a key member of our childcare staff, you will be responsible for creating engaging activities for children, fostering their self-esteem, and delivering lessons based on our centre's curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Activity Planning: Design and implement fun and educational activities for children, including songs, games, and storytelling.
  • Routine Establishment: Develop and maintain daily routines that promote a sense of security and belonging among our young learners.
  • Teaching and Learning: Deliver high-quality lessons based on our centre's curriculum, monitor student progress, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Communication: Maintain open communication with parents, keeping them informed about their child's daily experiences and progress.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Early Childhood Education: A recognized diploma or degree in Preschool Teaching or a related field is essential for this role.
  • Teaching Experience: At least 1 year of teaching experience in a local school or childcare setting is required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, is necessary for creating engaging presentations and reports.
  • Availability: Ability to work on weekends and public holidays as needed.
