Job Title: Ministry Coordinator

The Ministry Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the Worship & Music ministry. They provide strategic support to the Worship & Music team and Pastors, ensuring seamless execution of services, events, trainings, and activities.

  • Responsibilities include service planning, worship services, floral arrangements, and other tasks such as implementing tools, courses, materials, and technologies.

The successful candidate must possess a deep understanding of the liturgy of the Methodist Church and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Diploma and above in a closely-related field
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills, meticulous with attention to detail
  • Innovative team player, self-motivated, and proactive
  • Ability to manage conflict professionally and with humility and respect
