This role involves managing the end-to-end sales process for domestic helpers, including attending to customer inquiries, conducting interviews with candidates, and arranging meetings between employers and helpers. The Domestic Service Coordinator will be responsible for matching employer requirements with suitable candidate profiles and recommending the best-fit candidates.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as strong administrative and coordination abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) is an advantage. Self-driven, professional, and able to work independently and in a team are also essential qualities for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend to sales enquiries and provide professional consultation to customers.
- Conduct interviews with domestic helpers and compile their biodata accurately.
- Arrange and conduct interviews between employers and helpers (in-person or virtual).
- Match employer requirements with suitable helper profiles and recommend the best-fit candidates.
- Manage end-to-end sales closure process, including follow-ups and documentation.
- Prepare and process deployment documents.
- Perform all Work Permit transactions via MOM WP Online, including application, issuance, cancellation, and update.
- Coordinate MOM-related appointments (e.g., thumbprint, card collection).
- Provide after-sales support such as mediation between employer and helper when needed.
- Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Excel and Word (proficiency is an advantage).
