Job Opportunity: Household Services Coordinator

We are a dedicated provider of exceptional customer experiences, committed to delivering outstanding results.

  • Our team handles sales inquiries and offers expert consultation to walk-in and online clients, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
  • We collect biodata accurately from domestic helpers through thorough interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • We arrange and conduct interviews between employers and helpers, both in-person and virtually, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
  • We match employer requirements with suitable helper profiles and recommend the best-fit candidates, based on their skills and qualifications.
  • We manage the entire sales closure process, including follow-ups and documentation, to ensure timely and successful outcomes.
  • We prepare and process deployment documents for our clients, streamlining the process and reducing administrative burdens.
  • We facilitate Work Permit transactions via MOM WP Online, covering application, issuance, cancellation, and updates, to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • We coordinate MOM-related appointments, such as thumbprint collection and card collection, to minimize delays and inconvenience.
  • We provide after-sales support, mediating between employers and helpers when necessary, to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • We maintain accurate records using Microsoft Excel and Word, where proficiency is an advantage, to ensure data integrity and quality.

Requirements

  • A CEI (Basic) certification is mandatory for this role.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential for success in this position.
  • Strong administrative and coordination abilities are required to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) is necessary to maintain accurate records and perform administrative duties.
  • Self-driven professionals who can work independently and as part of a team are ideal candidates for this role.
