Job Opportunity: Senior Development Specialist
- We are seeking an experienced development specialist to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the project manager in the preparation and management of project expenditures, budget allocation, and cost optimization.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the project manager in preparing and managing project expenditures, budget allocation, and cost optimization.
- Work independently with minimal supervision required.
- Be willing to work extended hours or weekends when necessary.
- Conduct regular safety meetings with onsite safety officers and maintain accurate records.
- Source and procure equipment and materials efficiently.
- Demonstrate expertise in process piping installation and equipment setup.
- Collaborate with drafters to produce detailed piping drawings, installation plans, and design specifications.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Sound knowledge of process piping installation and equipment setup.
- Able to work with minimal supervision and independently.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to conduct safety meetings and maintain records.
- Procurement and sourcing skills.
- Familiarity with drafting software.
