Aircraft Maintenance Planner Position

Are you a skilled coordinator with experience in aircraft maintenance? We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Aircraft Maintenance Planner to join our team. As an Aircraft Maintenance Planner, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the preparation of aircraft for repair and modification.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate the preparation of aircraft for repair and modification, ensuring that all necessary tools and equipment are available and serviceable.
  • Coordinate with purchasing teams to ensure timely receipt of materials and equipment.
  • Ensure that all paperwork and documentation related to planned tasks is complete and up-to-date.
  • Manage inventory levels and perform routine checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with supervisors to identify and address any issues or concerns.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of coordination experience, preferably in an aviation or aerospace environment.
  • Proficiency in using ERP systems, such as SAP.
  • Able to commit to rotating shifts, if required.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Class 4 Driving License.
  • Maintenance plans and scheduling expertise.
  • Knowledge of overhaul and hydraulic systems.
  • Housekeeping and inventory management skills.
  • ERP system proficiency.
  • 5S principles understanding.
  • Maintenance Planning and Scheduling certification.
  • Electrical and product costing knowledge.
  • Vehicles and aircraft maintenance experience.
  • Planner and cost planning skills.
  • Aircraft maintenance and calibration expertise.
  • Test planning and execution capabilities.
