Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to manage daily tasks, maintain accurate records, and ensure seamless communication with clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Arrange meetings, take minutes, and distribute them to relevant personnel
- Handle correspondence for the Managing Director
- Receive Managing Director's customers and guests
- Record and update salesman's carpark movement
- Research and compare vehicle prices from other suppliers
- Liaise with organizations and clients as instructed
- Perform various ad-hoc tasks assigned by directors
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Diploma or University degree in Business Administration or equivalent with 3-5 years of experience
- Organized, energetic, and proactive with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Bilingual ability
Salary Estimate
The estimated salary for this position is SGD 40,000 - 60,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
