Commercial Property Loan Key Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing existing commercial property loan customers and driving business growth through proactive and reactive calling.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and deliver exceptional results.
In this role, you will:
- Proactively call existing commercial property loan customers to discuss repricing opportunities and maintain portfolio volume and profitability.
- Cross-sell other products and services to drive business growth and increase customer satisfaction.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with regulatory property financing guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Management: Proactively manage existing commercial property loan customers to maintain relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Sales and Cross-Selling: Identify and pursue sales opportunities to cross-sell other products and services, driving business growth and increasing customer satisfaction.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all activities are in compliance with regulatory property financing guidelines and company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial banking or property finance.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
