As a seasoned professional in project management, you will play a key role in leading our tendering projects. Your responsibilities will include:

  2. To research and identify potential tender opportunities, providing weekly updates to senior management for review and consideration.
  3. To analyze market trends and highlight promising tenders to senior management for strategic decision-making.
  4. To represent the team at site tender briefings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  5. To conduct comprehensive briefings with top management on project details, fostering a culture of transparency and open communication.
  6. To oversee the delegation of tender work scopes to quality specialists, ensuring workload distribution and efficiency.
  7. To coordinate the timely completion of measurement and sourcing of quotations, guaranteeing seamless project execution.
  8. To maintain accurate records of tender corrigendum issuances and update tender documents accordingly.
  9. To review and compare quotations submitted by quality specialists, applying sound judgment and expertise.
  10. To scrutinize tender documents and drawings to ensure contract requirements are met.
  11. To facilitate regular meetings with the quality team to address any tender-related issues or concerns.
  12. To lead post-tender reviews, analyzing successes and areas for improvement.

Strong time-management and organizational skills are essential in this role. You must be able to prioritize tasks effectively, manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously, and ensure that pre-qualification and tender processes meet client requirements. Additionally, you should provide guidance and support to staff within the team, fostering a culture of leadership and mentorship.
