Driving Precinct Planning Excellence: A Senior Assistant Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Assistant Manager to drive precinct planning efforts and enhance community care in the Western Region.
- Track progress of Healthy Precinct projects and develop implementation plans with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with leads to develop Healthy Precinct framework elements.
- Lead development of Healthy Precincts with internal and external stakeholders, providing data insights to support Community Health Plans.
- Conceptualise and manage pilot projects to enhance the health ecosystem in the precinct.
- Undertake strategic projects involving other departments or divisions/agencies, including leading Secretariat work for various workgroups.
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- At least 5-8 years of relevant working experience
- Experience in the Singapore healthcare system or knowledge of integrated care models is advantageous
- Critical thinking and strong conceptual and analytical abilities are essential
- Strong planning, project management and organisational skills are required
- Meticulous attention to detail and numbers is necessary
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities are crucial
- A pleasant personality and ability to work well with others to foster collaborations is vital
- Ability to multitask is essential
