As a key member of our team, you will directly influence the service and experience for our guests. You will:
- Understand all aspects of restaurant service and how each role contributes to the overall dining experience.
- Prioritize the needs of guests and strive to exceed their expectations.
- Maintain a sense of urgency in fulfilling tasks and responding to guests' needs.
- Perform tableside preparation or presentation of dishes if required.
- Ensure a good housekeeping regime and report any defects in furniture, fixtures and equipment.
- Assist colleagues and step in wherever needed to ensure exceptional service at all times.
