About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Service Captain to join our front-of-house team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for ensuring that every guest receives warm, attentive and knowledgeable hospitality.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional service throughout each stage of the guest journey
  • Support and guide junior front-of-house team members
  • Be an ambassador for our restaurant experience
  • Anticipate guest needs and personalize each interaction
  • Work closely with the kitchen and service teams

Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Guest-Centric Mindset: A passion for delivering memorable dining experiences
  • Professional Experience: At least 1–2 years of experience in a fine dining or high-end hospitality environment
  • Communication & Leadership: Clear communicator with leadership skills
  • Product Knowledge: Strong interest in food, wine and hospitality
