About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Growth Lead to join our team at KP CORPORATE SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. as a key member of our growth marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning and execution of performance marketing campaigns, content marketing initiatives, event planning, and search engine optimization (SEO) strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performance Marketing: Develop and execute paid campaigns across Google and LinkedIn to generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQL) while optimizing for Cost per Lead (CPL).
  • Content Marketing: Establish KP CORPORATE SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. as a thought leader in Southeast Asia through proprietary or co-authored content, such as eBooks, blogs, case studies, and reports.
  • Event Planning: Ideate, organize, and manage events (virtual and in-person) to drive top-of-the-funnel engagement and generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
  • Search Engine Optimisation (SEO): Develop and execute strategies to improve organic search rankings, traffic, and visibility across search engines; enhance website performance.
  • Community/Ecosystem Building: Develop and execute strategies to build KP CORPORATE SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD.'s presence and mind share via online communities and offline networks of founders, investors, and stakeholders.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Demand Generation, Customer Success, and Product teams to create compelling value propositions that drive growth.
Requirements
  • Legally authorized to work in Singapore without requiring a work visa sponsorship.
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in sales or marketing roles in a B2B environment.
  • Strong network within startup and venture capital ecosystems across Southeast Asia.
  • Keen understanding and passion for private markets and equity management globally.
  • Experience with platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and CRM systems (agnostic).
  • Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills (English).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and dealing with ambiguity.
  • Self-driven to deliver, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
