We are seeking a visionary Business Growth Strategist to drive our growth strategy and lead our business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Business Growth Strategies: Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to achieve company growth objectives.
  • Pursue New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, joint ventures, and client acquisition.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry influencers.
  • Lead and Mentor a Team: Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Market Analysis and Strategy: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and identify areas for expansion.
  • Align Business Strategies: Collaborate with senior management to align business development strategies with overall company goals.
  • Presentation and Proposal: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients and partners.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on business development performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Industry Partnerships: Establish partnerships and collaborations with industry leaders to enhance product offerings.
Qualifications:
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required; a Master's degree in Management or a relevant field is preferred.
  • Experience: Proven track record in business development, with significant experience in a leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of financial and business management principles, exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Abilities: Ability to think strategically and drive initiatives that align with the company's vision and goals.
  • Language: Fluent in Mandarin and English (verbal and written) to communicate with Chinese counterparts and English-speaking local partners.
