Real Estate Expansion Manager

Job Overview:
">- Support our real estate expansion efforts across new and existing markets.
Key Responsibilities:
">- Identify, evaluate, and execute new site opportunities that align with our growth strategy and financial objectives.
- Manage end-to-end real estate business development and investment activities including financial modelling, feasibility analysis, preparation of business proposals, due diligence, negotiations, and securing investment approvals.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential deals across various markets.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely deal execution and alignment of each project's performance with approved return metrics.
- Develop and maintain a wide network of agents, brokers, landlords, and developers to source quality opportunities.
- Provide regular investment and project updates to senior management and other key stakeholders.
Requirements:
">- 4+ years of experience in commercial real estate development or real estate agencies with a strong focus on business development and investment.
- Proven experience in financial modelling, investment underwriting, and asset management.
- Exposure to real estate markets across Asia is a strong advantage.
- Ability to build and manage strong relationships with local developers and brokers to ensure a steady pipeline of viable opportunities.
