Real Estate Development Manager

In this role, you will play a key part in driving the expansion of our real estate portfolio by identifying, evaluating, and executing new site opportunities that align with our growth strategy and financial objectives.
You will be responsible for managing end-to-end real estate business development and investment activities—including financial modelling, feasibility analysis, preparation of business proposals, due diligence, negotiations, and securing investment approvals.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Economics, or Finance.
- 4+ years of experience in commercial real estate development or real estate agencies, with a strong focus on business development and investment.
- Proven experience in financial modelling, investment underwriting, and asset management.
- Exposure to real estate markets across Asia is a strong advantage.
